Last month we launched a portfolio of practical resources to help commissioners and health practitioners improve care for people with diabetes and a learning disability, through reasonable adjustments to mainstream services. The resources have been produced through funding from the Health Foundation and The Faculty of Medicine and Health, University of Leeds.

You can download the resources from the Diabetes UK website: www.diabetes.org.uk/learning-disability

We would like to invite anyone who has viewed the resources to complete a short feedback survey so that we can tell the Health Foundation about the impact of our work. Please visit https://leeds.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/ra2diabetes1 to complete the survey. The survey will remain open until Friday 20th April.

Your help to spread the word about the resource and the feedback survey would be appreciated!
