Personel Care while on Respite

My son has been on emergencey respite for thirteen weeks waiting for a suitable tenancy. The personal care has been non existant due to different care staff being on duty, as he lifts his arms to resist is the excuse for not carrying on this duty. I have had to go and do it myself, as being a parent I feel it my duty of care to my son.

I hope to hear from any one in the same position.
