The South regional Health Education England (HEE) Intellectual Disabilities programme wishes to appoint a suitably skilled, experienced and qualified collaborative supplier to develop and lead a multi phased pilot project to identify and explore overcoming potential workforce barriers that may be impacting on the uptake of the learning disability health checks scheme (LDHC) in the region. The LDHC is also commonly known as the Annual Health Check. This project is being run in collaboration with NHS England South East and West regions, Public Health England South East.
