Do you identify as non-native to the UK and work as a paid carer or support worker with people with a learning disability?
We are conducting a research study, hoping to find out more about the impact of culture on the experiences of carers and support workers working in learning disability settings.
We would like to interview carers and support workers about their experiences of culture at work, and how it impacts their role and their work with service users. You would not be asked to share service user’s personal details.
To take part, you must:
-Be currently employed as a carer or support worker with people with a learning disability in the UK, and have been employed for at least three months
-Identify as non-native to the UK e.g. you or your parents were born outside of the UK
-Be willing to take part in an online interview, for up to one hour
You would be paid £15 for your time.
