Take part in the Activity Alliance's disabled children and young people's survey

Would you like to take part in the Activity Alliance’s disabled children and young people’s survey?

Activity Alliance believe disabled children and young people deserve the same opportunities to be active as their non-disabled peers. They are undertaking research into the experiences and perceptions of physical activity among disabled children and young people.

If you are a parent or carer of a disabled child aged 5 to 16, Activity Alliance wants to hear from you. They want to hear from people who have had good or bad experiences, and from those who are active and not active.

The survey will take around 15 minutes to complete and your answers will help them to shape the services and support they provide. They will also use the findings to advocate for change on a national level that enables more disabled children to be active.

The deadline is next Monday, 14 October 2019.
