For many years I worked as a clinical psychologist in community learning disabilities teams. These days my work is in research and teaching, with a focus on communicating with staff, practitioners and policy makers about the experiences of people with learning disabilities.
At the moment I am leading on a funded research project that asks how we can make sure that people with learning disabilities living group homes really feel at home where they live.
