Hello everyone
I am currently in my NQT year and am teaching in a EYFS class for PMLD learners.
I am looking for some advice really, on how schools/teachers are supporting PMLD learners to access the Early Years Framework. From my understanding reporting back on EYFS is a legal requirement. The school I am working in has re-written some of the framework to make it more appropriate and have asked me to develop this further. The learners in my class that are in Year 1 are following Routes for Learning.
Has anybody got experience within this area and would be able to offer advice? Or knows of a school in the West Midlands area where I can visit to observe good practise
