The Care Certificate is a key component of the overall induction, which an employer must provide, in order to meet the fundamental standards set out by the Care Quality Commission.
ARC England has developed a distance learning pack for your new starters, ‘Getting Started with the Care Certificate’ and it is available NOW. The pack contains comprehensive learning materials and a workbook, which is mapped throughout to the required knowledge outcomes for each standard in the Certificate.
*The workbook also contains a sign-off sheet at the end of each standard making assessment and progress easy to track and evidence, also highlighting what needs to be covered as an ’observation’.

If you would like one of us within the ARC England Learning and Development team to assess the workbook for you, no problem – assessment of the workbook, including feedback, starts from £30 (for up to 2 hours of assessment time).
