ARC England: Leadership and Management Development Programme

Effective leadership is crucial to success in every sector; this is especially true in adult social care. Good management practices encourage increased team performance, underpinning an effective, quality service. The CQC statistics show that providers who rate highly in ‘well-led’ tend to rate highly under the other key lines of enquiry as well as receiving higher overall ratings.

To help support your managers and leadership team we have developed a suite of Leadership and Management Development programme modules for you. These can be delivered in-house within your organisation by our Lead Management Development Associate. The modules, detailed below, can be chosen in any combination, creating truly bespoke sessions. By delivering within your own organisation, the sessions will be completely tailored to your needs and objectives. Up to fifteen people can attend each session, making these highly effective sessions great value for money too.
