We are delighted to bring you news of our ARC England Trainers’ Forum, to be held on 14th June at the Milton Keynes base of ARC England member Macintyre.
It will be a full-day, in-person event and create a shared learning space in which delegates will:
• Hear the latest news from Skills for Care on:
Identifying learning needs in social care
The Digital Skills Capability Framework
The Oliver McGowan training programme
The peer review on Positive Behaviour Support
• Share approaches and problem solve concerns.
• Develop their skills in a safe and positive environment.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration.
• Discuss best practice in staff training.
As well as hearing from expert speakers, the Forum will have a collaborative approach. Delegates will be expected to bring their own learning, experience, approaches and challenges.
Tickets are £75 each, which includes lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
We hope it will be a great chance to get together with like-minded people to share knowledge and experience from the world of social care training.
