The Government has made changes to the Care Act (2014) through its Coronavirus Act, in a bid to ease the pressure on front line staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. Whilst the measures outlined in the Act are only intended to be used when required, the Act has removed people’s key rights to care and support. Read more about the implications here:
