CQC survey - How can we assess how well providers review, investigate and learn from deaths?

The Care Quality Commission would like to hear your views on how they can strengthen the way they look at whether NHS trusts learn from deaths to improve the care they provide.

They’d particularly like to hear from families and carers, but they’re interested in the views of health professionals too. You can tell them what you think by taking part in their online survey.

The survey closes at 6pm on 14 July.
