The GLA Initiative:

Genius Within specialise in Neurodiversity and have partnered with Mencap, Barnet and Southgate College and Reed in Partnership to offer these new employability programmes.

These programmes are fully funded by GLA and ESF and offer free support to young people, to help them achieve their education, training or employment goals.

Able2- NEET, 16-24 year olds, with a physical disability and/or long-term health condition. (Living in any borough of London)

YES- NEET 18-24 year olds with social emotional and mental health needs. (Living in Wandsworth, Hounslow and Croydon)

Individuals do not require a formal diagnosis to join the programme.

If you are interested in finding out more about any of our programmes please email EmploymeLondon@GeniusWithin.org

This is a great initiative but only for 18-25 year olds .the term Employment support is masking the fundamental flaw.
‘Neurodiverse’ people can get educational funding until they are 25. It’s the over 25’s that are not employed .
Is there data of how many people on the learning difficulties register are actually employed post 25years?
