Permanent - Full Time (37.5 hours a week)
Grace Eyre is a unique charity which was established in 1898 and has been helping people with learning disabilities to have real choices and gain independence for over 100 years. While primarily working across Sussex we also support people across parts of London. Shared Lives is about recruiting carers who can also provide a home for someone with a learning disability.
We have an exciting new role working in partnership with the London Boroughs of Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster to lead and develop our Shared Lives service. We are looking for an enthusiastic practitioner, ideally with a social care background and experience of working with people with learning disabilities.
We’re looking for great leadership and project management skills and someone who will enjoy the challenge of leading on this exciting new initiative.
