National Voices who manage the Health and Wellbeing Alliance (HWA) have collated information about the projects being undertaken this year as part of the HWA programme. The Health and Wellbeing Alliance is a partnership of voluntary, community and social enterprises and government to undertake project and policy work to support the needs of people and communities who face disadvantage and exclusion.
There are a number of projects that relate to people with learning disabilities including two by the Valuing People Alliance, a partnership of learning disability and disability organisations. The Valuing People Alliance consists of LD England, Bild, NDTi, Paradigm, Respond, VODG and the Foundation for People with Learning Disabilities.
