There is an online exhibition with films, interview recordings, and fascinating stories about the history and present of Birmingham’s special schools.
It has been developed as part of an oral history project run by CASBA, a charity that provides advocacy and support for adults with Learning Disabilities across South Birmingham. The project was supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
