Interoception conference 2020 - understand how we feel

Thursday 12th March join us and learn all about how we feel! Interoception is often referred to as our 8th sensory system. This sense gives us internal information about how our body is feeling, it may be an emotion state or a body state.

During the conference you will hear from some of the leading researchers in the field as well as learn practical techniques to support the people you care for and hear how PMLD and SEND schools are supporting these needs in the classroom.
