We are currently looking to recruit support workers to be members of our Early Intervention and Practice Development Service. You will be a part of a service that will:
- Provide consistent and long-term support for people with challenging and complex needs.
- Provide an agreed range of competency-based training and development for local services.
The services will be an integral part of our Community Assessment and Intervention Service and will work closely with the Transforming Care team & other services in Hertfordshire.
