LONDON. Respond: Free event held for people working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism who are offenders or at risk of offending. 30th October 2015

Sexual offending, arson, violence, theft, harmful sexual behaviours and sexual perversions (paraphilias) are some of the reasons why people with learning disabilities or autism may find themselves in prison or in forensic mental health settings.

Respond has developed clinical services in order to respond to the needs of people living in the community with these complex and sometimes challenging presentations.

Join us on the 30th October from 10am-12.30pm at the Institute for Family Therapy, 24-32 Stephenson Way, London NW1 2HD for this free event. The event will present talks on all of Respond’s Forensic Services including; Risk Analysis, Individual Forensic Psychotherapy, Men’s Forensic Group, Circles of Support, and Training Supervision and Consultancy.

To book a free place please email Kate.Snowden@respond.org.uk with your name, profession, address, email address and phone number.

This event is free but a fee of £20 will become payable if a booking is made but you do not attend. For more information about any of Respond’s services email admin@respond.org.uk or visit our website www.respond.org.uk
