I am looking for a partner for my 31 year old niece who has learning difficulties. She has always wanted to have a fairy tale wedding, unfortunately cant find the fairy tale prince. She is beautiful caring and kind. We have been on many dating sites and events, unfortunately no luck. Any advice would be much appreciated
There are many social activities run by organisations like MENCAP . It would be better if your niece got involved in meeting people and forming friendships. Marriage after all is only the official contract; it’s the social relationships and friendships that often people with learning difficulties find difficult to find.
.Thank you for your response. My niece is a very sociable and outgoing person. She has been volunteering for years at her local charity shop and has built strong friendships there and within her wider circle. She truly enjoys being around people and has a lot to offer.
She is now at a stage in her life where she would really love to find a meaningful relationship. This is where things become a little more complicated. I am reaching out to see if there are others in a similar situation, who may be navigating the same challenges and could offer advice, support, or guidance.
