London South Bank University are undertaking a Which funded research project about the experiences of people with learning disabilities when online shopping.
We want to find out what people find difficult when shopping online and what can make things easier.
The attached survey, aimed at people with learning disabilities, is the first part of the project. We want to get people’s thoughts and views before we hold focus groups with people with learning disabilities. The final stage of the project will involve focus groups which include people with learning disabilities and retailers.
At the end of the project we want to provide advice and guidance about how people with learning disabilities can shop online with more confidence.
The survey should take around 10-15 minutes to complete and features multiple choice questions and questions where views can be typed in.
