Seriously, are we really in the 21st century? I am way beyond appalled and disgusted. I can’t even begin to imagine the pain the man and his wife went through. Please can the social workers, and probably the psychologist, be banned from practising with people? And surely capacity isn’t one person’s decision, it should be those who work with them both? The harm that people do.
