  • Meet the Course Leaders : Get to know the people behind the Mindfulness for Supporting People with Profound Disabilities course.
  • Learn More About the Course : Discover the structure and benefits of this on-demand course and how it supports both personal and professional practice.
  • Optional - Experience a Mindfulness Practice : Take part in a short mindfulness exercise and that can be adapted for supporting people with profound disabilities.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions, but participation is optional - feel free to just listen and take it all in if you prefer.

This session is ideal for caregivers, educators, healthcare professionals, families and anyone working with individuals with profound disabilities. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your understanding, this introduction will offer valuable insights.
