Dimensions have launched a campaign to tackle health inequality experienced by people with learning disabilites and autism.
The #MyGPandMe campaign aims to make primary care more accessible.
Everyone can get involved, and they are offering free training on making reasonable adjustments, run by people with learning disabilities or autism, to the first 50 surgeries that sign up.
