New eBook for adult siblings

Sibs is the UK charity for adult siblings of disabled children and adults (www.sibs.org.uk)

They have released a new eBook for adult siblings. It’s called “Self-care for siblings”.

It includes:

  • Common topics and questions adult siblings ask
  • Ideas for self-care
  • Tips and experiences from other siblings

What’s not included:
It focuses on the sibling and their experiences. It’s not about practical care and support. For those topics (Getting a care needs assessment, mental capacity, managing finances etc) look at Sibs guides
