Paid seasonal opportunities on the 2017 NCS programmes!

**

The Challenge is the UK’s largest provider of NCS (National Citizen Service) - a government-backed initiative which aims to prepare 15-17 year olds for adulthood through four weeks of adventure, skill building and youth social action.
We’re dedicated to ensuring that the NCS programme is accessible to everyone. For this reason, we’re looking for experienced seasonal staff to support young people with additional or behavioural needs.

NCS Inclusion Roles
Support Worker
Inspire and assist a young person with additional needs through the NCS programme, ensuring that they get the most out of the experience. The care and support you provide will be tailored to the needs of your young person in this 1-2-1 role.

Personal Coach
Motivate and empower a looked-after young person, or a young person with a history of offending before, during and after their time on the NCS programme, and review their NCS journey with them as they reflect on their future goals.

Take a look and find out more in our Staff testimonial video

In 2017 we will be running the NCS programme over the school summer holidays (late June to late August) and throughout October & November.
