Providers resort to offering care to fewer people to manage spiralling costs

The number of social care providers who say they have been forced to cut support for adults with learning disabilities has doubled in the last 12 months as a direct result of financial pressures, according to a newly published report commissioned by Hft:

This is so true and self-advocacy charity are having to deal with service users concersn all the time with little outcome. Worst off are adults with learning difficulties who are deemed having capacity.
