Steps to Wellbeing course

Steps to Wellbeing courses are currently running on Thursdays at Newport YMCA from March 2018 until August 2018.

This is a FREE 5 week course, each week we cover topics such as ‘feeling calmer’, ‘feeling good about yourself’, ‘getting on better with others’, ‘doing what you enjoy’ and ‘best bits of the course’. It is a drop in course, no need to book a space. Please bring someone for support if you would like.

This course is on wellbeing, it is for people who like information clear and simple. The course is in easy read and is suitable for people with learning disabilities, additional learning needs and low literacy.
