Time to Connect Gathering

Over the last 2 1⁄2 years, Time to Connect has explored how to enable people with learning disabilities and older people living in care settings, to be part of their communities. Working with providers, the project has supported people to connect, make friendships and contribute to the communities and neighbourhoods around them improving their quality of life.
About the events
These will be interactive events that will provide an opportunity to hear from a range of participants about their experiences, learn about what has worked, and be the first to receive our resources which can help you with making community inclusion a reality.
Who are they for?
These events are for you if you work in social care, are part of a community organisation, are a commissioner, a time bank, a family or carer, a social worker or anyone else interested in community inclusion.
