Universal Credit claim closed due to not being in non advanced education

Hello I am wondering if anyone else has had this experience where their claim has been closed due to the following:
As you are under 21, in full-time non-advanced education (from 13/09/2021) you would be eligible to claim Universal Credit.
When enquiring what is classed as non advanced education this is anything that doesn’t meet the following:
Full-time courses of advanced education include those leading to:
a postgraduate degree or comparable qualification
a first degree or comparable qualification
a diploma of higher education
a higher national diploma
any other course of study of a standard above:
advanced GNVQ or equivalent
a Scottish higher or advanced higher national qualification
Due to my sons learning disability the only course that is suitable for him is an entry level 2 course which he will be doing fulltime, surely this in breach of the Equality Act 2
