The Challenging Behaviour Foundation is a forward-thinking national charity (based in Kent) that makes a difference to people’s lives and has a reputation for driving change at an individual, local and national level. We have a unique and exciting opportunity to join our small and dedicated team as Children and Young People Policy Lead (22.5 hours a week).

  • Are you passionate about using your experience and knowledge to improve support for children and young people with severe learning disabilities whose behaviour challenges?
  • Do you have what it takes to champion families’ voices at the national policy level?
  • Can you use your skills to work with a range of stakeholders to take forward meaningful change?
