Dis/ability & Dis/advantage, 27th November - Crook Fellowship, Wellcome Collection London

The Dis/ability & Dis/advantage event, which is a launch of the findings from the 2018/19 Crook Public Service Fellowship, will take place at The Wellcome Collection, 183 Euston Road, London NW1 2BE, on the 27th November from 5.30 - 7.30 pm. It will be followed by an informal reception, finishing at 8:30 pm.

The event will share the findings from the Fellows. The 2018/19 Fellows and their topics are:

  • Louise Wilkinson (Child Brain Injury Trust): childhood acquired brain injury
  • Liam Toner (Sheffield City Council): social care with disabled citizens - challenging the barriers
  • Lucy Virgo and Sunderland People First: self-advocacy
